What are your store hours?
Our current store hours: Monday – Friday: 11:00 am – 6:00 pm Saturday: 11:00 am – 5:00 pm Sunday: 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Where are you located?
Effective January 3, 2022, our address is: The Beverly Hills Shopping Center 8524 Patterson Avenue, Richmond, Va. 23229 We are easily accessible from I-95, I-64, Route 288, Huguenot Bridge and Willey Bridge.
What is your store return policy?
We will satisfy any customer concerns accompanied by a store receipt. We will accept returns for unworn merchandise in the original box/packaging and with the original tags. Dance belts can not be returned/exchanged. Pointe shoes cannot be returned if ribbons, elastic, or any alterations have been made to the shoe. Refunds are given within 30 days of purchase date. Clearance items and special orders are a final sale. We do not give refunds on gift certificates or on partial purchases using a gift certificate. Shipping costs are non refundable.
Do dance shoes fit like standard street shoes?
No. We strongly recommend that an individual be personally fit for dance shoes. All dance studios have different preference for shoe style, brand, and fit. We keep a current file on most dance studio dress code/shoe requirements. Because of this we suggest that all dancers be properly fit for their dance shoes.
Do I need to make an appointment for either an individual or group pointe shoe fitting?
Please call the store to schedule: 804-358-0655. Bring your current pointe shoes, padding, spacers and anything else that you use in your shoes. PLEASE wear convertible tights to your fitting. Pointe shoe fittings, (especially for first time students) can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. For teachers that would like to bring a group of 3 or more students, we ask that you call at least 2 weeks prior to your requested fitting date, as we want to be sure that enough staff are available to work exclusively with your students.
What methods of payment do you accept? Google Pay and Apple Pay (in-store)?
We gladly accept Cash, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.
Gift cards are available for purchase in-store or over the phone only?
Yes. Gift certificates are available in any amount and may be used for in store purchases only.
